Before you write in
These four cover most of what people ask us:
- Where's my order? Tracking is emailed and texted to you as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Give it 24 hours to start showing scans.
- Can I pay cash on delivery? No — we're prepaid only. UPI, cards, net banking and wallets all work at checkout.
- Wrong size? Email us with your order number and the size you need. Check the measurements on the product page first.
- Need to change your address? Write in the same day you order. Once it's handed to the courier we can't redirect it.
Returns and exchanges
Email support@thetrouserproject.com before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return and give you the details. Parcels sent without confirmation can't be traced to your order.
